THE SHORT VERSION
You share sensitive business information with us during the intake interview. We treat it as confidential. Only Rakin sees it. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Booking information — your name, email address, and business type when you book a consultation.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Intake transcript — a text transcript of your AI voice intake session. No audio file is saved; your voice is transcribed in real-time and only the text is stored.
- AI analysis — a structured summary and recommendations generated from your transcript by Claude (Anthropic). This is what Rakin reviews before your consultation.
WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
Rakin Zaman is the only person who reads your intake transcript and the analysis derived from it. Your business information is not accessible to any other person.
The following third-party services process your data as part of delivering the service. Each is a necessary part of the pipeline — none of them receive your data for any other purpose:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- OpenAI — real-time voice transcription during the intake session. Audio is streamed directly; no audio is stored on our servers. We use OpenAI's API under their zero-data-retention policy for API customers.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates a structured analysis of your transcript to help Rakin prepare. Used via API; Anthropic does not train on API data.
- Supabase — secure database hosting for your booking record and transcript. Hosted on AWS infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email (booking confirmation, intake link). Only your name and email are used.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not share your business details with competitors or other clients.
- We do not use your intake transcript to train AI models.
- We do not store audio recordings of your voice session.
- We do not use your information for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain your booking record, transcript, and AI analysis for 12 months after your consultation. After that, transcripts and AI analysis are deleted. Basic booking records (name, email, date, payment) may be kept longer for accounting purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request any of the following at any time by emailing admin@bluecollartechie.com:
- Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — fixing any inaccurate information.
- Deletion — we'll delete your transcript, AI analysis, and booking record within 48 hours of your request.
